Quality Head/ Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Quality Head to lead our quality management initiatives.

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience, with a proven track record of contributing to Customer Audits (Maruti VSA System preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., fastener industry standards, safety regulations).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions for all fastener manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and address non-conformances, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are taken.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce waste.
  • Lead quality improvement teams (e.g., Kaizen teams) to address specific quality challenges.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the quality team to meet the needs of the business.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of quality team members.

Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular quality reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality management, particularly in a manufacturing environment, especially in fastener or metal manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), quality control techniques (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma), and relevant industry standards.
  • Must have full knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, CAPA, PFMEA, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.

Quality Control (Line Inspector)

We are seeking eight detail-oriented Quality Control (Line Inspectors) to join our production team.

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, especially in fastener or metal manufacturing.

Mandatory Requirement:
Knowledge and usage of Vernier Caliper & Micrometer is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications, including dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and visual appearance.
  • Perform various tests, such as dimensional measurements, tensile tests, hardness tests, and surface finish checks, to verify product quality.
  • Use measuring instruments and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and hardness testers, to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality control, particularly in a manufacturing environment, especially in fastener or metal manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
